Pinetec is an AWPCS accredited provider of pallets and timber packaging, maintaining its accreditation through rigorous auditing and management systems that meet the requirements of both the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM15) and the Australian Wood Packaging Certification Scheme (AWPCS).

Pinetec’s Bassendean operation is equipped with heat treatment equipment including heat treatment kilns that provide an on-site capability to heat treat timber pallets and packaging in accordance with these local and international legislative requirements. This service is readily available to those customers looking beyond local markets to service overseas exporting opportunities with a need to comply with ISPM15 legislation.

Pinetec is an accredited provider of pallets and timber packaging that comply with Department of Agriculture and Food regulations (CA-PP) in respect to European House Borer (EHB) management.

Pinetec’s Bassendean operation has on-site a state of the art chemical treatment plant that allows timber pallets and packaging to be chemically treated and supplied which conform to local and interstate EHB and chemical treatment legislation.

Pinetec is also able to preservative treat and provide pallets and timber packaging to comply with Australian Standards for the Preservative Treatment of Sawn and Round Timber (AS 1604.1) for customers who have identified the need to be provided chemically treated products for their various applications.
